Triple Ace Capital was founded in 2023 with the intent of finding a small to medium sized private businesses in an excellent market with room for growth, and a history of strong cash flows to acquire and operate. The founder is a US Military Veteran and is passionate about business and leadership. He were inspired to acquire their own company after attending MBA programs at the University of California at Los Angeles. Triple Ace Capital is focused on acquiring firms in Southwest & Central regions including states such as California, Arizona, Utah, and Texas.

Matthew Alva
Prior to founding Triple Ace Capital, Matt had a successful career as a Software Sales Executive at Hexagon AB, an international manufacturing firm as well as at Cisco Systems Cybersecurity Division. In addition to his private industry career, Matt is a veteran of the United States Air Force where he served as a Acquisitions Officer for 6 years. He attended the United States Air Force Academy for his undergraduate degree earning a Bachelor’s of Science in Management in 2011.
Matt’s career has given him the opportunity to work across the globe, lead large teams, and grow organizations. He is excited about the opportunity to apply his skill set to entrepreneurial endeavors.
After completing military service, Matt went on to earn his MBA from the University of California Los Angeles Anderson School of Management in 2020.
